We take warranty issues very seriously and will always do our best to get you riding as soon as possible! If you feel you have a warranty situation, please follow these instructions.

1. Check it's a warranty issue. Have you followed all maintenance instructions? Was the item fitted correctly? Is it within its warranty period? Crash damage is not covered under warranty!

2. Contact us to discuss details of the problem so that we can ascertain the best way to deal with the claim. In most cases we will issue a returns number and need to see the item(s) returned, although sometimes we can remedy problems simply by sending replacement parts. Either way, we need to discuss first-we won't accept warranty returns without a returns number. We will obviously require proof of purchase.

3. (If an item needs to be returned) Return the goods to us (address can be found here) You are responsible for ensuring the goods are well packaged. Include proof of purchase and details of the reason for return and whether you require other sizes/colours or refund.

4. Upon receipt, we will inspect all goods and where required discuss with manufacturers and yourself to resolve problems. If this will incur a wait, you will be informed. When a geniune warranty problem has been identified, we will refund your return postage (up to a maximum of £10) All replacements/parts will be sent out with no postage charge to yourself.
